Aluminum LED PCB
Aluminum alloy instead of glass fiber is used to make the base of PCB. The alloy usually contains aluminum, magnesium, and silumin. The aluminum PCB contains the following:
♦Basic seaweed: Aluminum alloy sheet constitutes the basic seaweed of PCB. The rest of the PCB is built on basic seaweed. This Allov provides maximum electrical insulation and thermal conductivity.
♦ Insulation seaweed: This is a very important layer, composed of ceramic polymer. The seaweed protects the PCB from thermal or mechanical damage by providing viscoelastic and thermal resistance characteristics.
♦Circuit layer: This layer provides functions for the circuit board. It contains the copper foil circuit required for PCB function.
