Structure of Flex PCBs

1. Single-sided: Conductor on one side of the Flex PCB only

2. Double-sided: Conductor on both sides of the Flex PCB, connected with vias

3. Multi-layered: Unlike rigid PCBs which usually have even layer counts only, Flex PCBs can have an odd number of layers. Flex PCBs with three or more layers allow more complex wiring.

 Flex PCB Ordering Advice
If you choose adhesiveless electro-deposited copper as the base conductor with ENIG surface finish. Silkscreen text which overlaps ENIG pads will be made as hollow cut-outs in the pad.
Exposed connector pads should be ≥ 0.2 mm from the FPC's edge. Areas closer than this limit will be removed.
Stiffener and EMI shield are optional additions. These should be described by an individual Gerber layer or a separate CAD drawing, annotated with the material and thickness required in the case of stiffeners.

The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, packing size of the goods. Please let us know if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.

Q5. What service do you have?
A: We mainly focus on PCB +Assembly +Components sourcing service. Additionally, we can also provide testing, cables, enclosure assembly service.

Q6. Can we inspect quality during production?

Yes, we are open and transparent on each production process with nothing to hide. We welcome customer inspect our production process and check in house.

Q7. What is your testing policy and how you control the quality?

For sample, usually tested by flying probe; for PCB Volume over 3 square meters, usually tested by fixture, this will be more faster. Due to there's many steps to PCB production, we usually do inspection after every step.

Q8. No PCB file/Gbr file, only have the PCB sample,can you produce it for me?

Yes,we could help you to clone the PCB.  send the sample PCB to us, we could clone the PCB design it and make Gerber files and Bom
